Refund Products

The majority of our payment products allow you to refund a payment your consumer has done directly. The refund will be performed using the same channel on which the payment was done. For some payment products though this is not possible. In that case another channel needs to be used to refund your consumer. The system will automatically select the most appropriate means to refund the transaction based on the payment product that was used for the payment and the currency and the country of the payment.

Our system will return a refundProductId to indicate through which means the refund will be processed. Below you find the refund products which are used to refund your consumers, after you have requested a refund using the create refund API.
